As the first and one of the few publicly elected County Attorneys in Texas who does only civil work, the Harris County Attorney’s Office is a key to efficient, honest, and responsive government at the local level. The Harris County Attorney’s Office represents virtually all aspects of Harris County Government, its elected officials, appointed officials and employees.
Independently elected, the County Attorney must be independent. Vince Ryan will be fair, impartial, forceful when necessary, and define the meaning of service to the people of Harris County. |
