Dedicated Family Man

Vince is married to Teresa Pamela (Pam) Rodriguez. Together, they have three sons, twins Andrew and Reed and younger brother Colin Scott.

Vince was an active member of the the Mark Twain PTO and the Pershing Middle School PTO while his sons attended school there and is now active with his sons’ high school educations. He has also been involved in businesses that have sought to improve public education and to build affordable housing.

In the last decade, Vince has served on various boards and is a founding board member of the Houston Tampico Sister City Association and the Houston Democratic Lawyers Association. Vince has been involved in many community and non-profit organizations. Presently, he is a member of the Mayor’s International Advisory Committee for Latin America. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Julia Idelson Library Preservation Partners.
