For the first time in recent memory and perhaps ever the Harris County Attorney is using the RFQ process to pre- qualify law firms who wish to do business with and represent the County and its related entities. We appeared before representatives of the County Commissioners, the County Judge, the Budget Office, the Auditor, and others to discuss the needs and priorities of the Office of the County Attorney.
